What you’ll be doing day to day:
- Build loyalty by ensuring customers have a positive final touchpoint during the IKEA shopping experience.
- Provide an efficient and accurate checkout experience in various areas of the store.
- Offer additional products and services such as home delivery, credit card, and IKEA Family card.
- Resolve customer concerns independently to meet their unique needs and expectations.
- Provide friendly, safe, and efficient car loading and unloading services.

JOB TYPE – Permanent
HOURS – 20-34 hours per week / Benefits Eligible
SHIFT – Fully open work schedule availability including evenings and weekends required;
Work schedules are published one month in advance
The pay rate for this role is $22.00/hour
The anticipated posting closing date is on or around 7/7/26
Qualifications:
- 1 year sales or customer service experience preferred.
