What You’ll Do:
The FP&A Business Health team focuses on automation and simplification through processes, systems, and tools. We drive and align on systems strategy with Finance, Business, and IT, support strategic finance systems, manage purchase order (PO) hygiene, process, and compliance dashboards, drive process creation and documentation, and align on policies across departments.
About the role:Core Weave is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst in the FP&A Business Health team, to build and automate processes as our company scales, enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness.
In this role, you will:- Track and automate PO compliance data and dashboards across all departments
- Partner with Procurement and Accounts Payable to create and refine Procure to Pay (P2P) policies and processes
- Manage and improve PO hygiene to minimize financial risks, working across sales, marketing, operations, product development, human resources, IT, and finance
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or other related field
- Experience managing / analyzing large amounts of data in Excel
- In-depth knowledge of business enablement strategies and best practices
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies
- Experience with in the cloud or technology sector
The base salary range for this role is $108,000 to $143,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).
