We’re a locally owned landscape company built on family values, teamwork, and long‑term relationships. We provide commercial maintenance, residential services, design/build, and interiorscaping—and we’re ready to grow our commercial division in a big way.

We’re looking for a Business Development Manager who is both a hunter and a relationship builder. Someone who loves being out in the field, meeting people, opening doors, and turning conversations into lasting partnerships. This role is 100% new business, with a focus on HOAs, retail centers, and industrial properties.

What You’ll Do
  • Build and manage a pipeline of new commercial maintenance opportunities
  • Target HOAs, retail centers, industrial parks, and property management groups
  • Prospect, network, and develop relationships with decision‑makers
  • Conduct site walks and collaborate with our estimating and operations teams
  • Prepare proposals and present solutions that reflect our quality and values
  • Represent our company at community events, trade groups, and industry associations
  • Help shape the future of our commercial division as we continue to grow
What You Bring
  • Experience in landscaping, construction, facilities, or B2B service sales
  • A hunter mentality with the warmth and professionalism to build trust
  • Confidence walking properties and discussing scopes of work
  • Strong communication skills and a genuine, people‑first approach
  • Self‑motivation and comfort working in a small, close‑knit team
