Direct Marketing Associate – Renewal by Andersen of Western WA

Renewal by Andersen of Western WA is looking for a driven, energetic, and outgoing Direct Marketing Associate. In this dynamic role, you’ll be the face of a powerhouse brand—engaging with homeowners, sparking meaningful conversations, and generating high-quality leads by canvassing local neighborhoods. You’ll help customers envision how Renewal by Andersen’s industry‑leading windows and doors can elevate their homes.

We offer uncapped commissions + hourly base. Hourly rate $24. Most team members average $29–$34 an hour; top performers average $39–$44 per hour and can exceed $100,000 a year.

We provide a 90‑day training program and the opportunity to advance into a Direct Marketing Specialist role with even more earning potential and schedule flexibility.

37–40 hours weekly

Mon–Fri: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Generate high‑quality leads by canvassing local neighborhoods, engaging homeowners, and sparking meaningful conversations about Renewal by Andersen products.

• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
