Bilingual Spanish Field Sales Representative

Overview

Join an elite group of sales professionals delivering customized, white‑glove experiences directly in customers’ homes. As a Field Sales Representative at AT&T, you will be the face and voice of the company, engaging customers with personalized sales interactions and ensuring they remain connected to the technology that matters most to them.

You will:

• Conduct in‑home product demonstrations and Wi‑Fi assessments.
• Provide device delivery and issue resolution.
• Close sales through negotiation, upselling, and building rapport.
• Connect with existing customers daily using scheduled appointments.
• Maintain a company vehicle for official business use and operate on a varied schedule to meet customers’ timelines, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• 1+ year of commission sales experience required; outside sales experience highly preferred.
• Proven success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Valid driver’s license; ready to drive as needed.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Successful completion of a background check, including drug screening, criminal history, and motor vehicle record.

Starting base salary ranges from $61,800 to $100,000, depending on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training, with uncapped commission opportunities.
