Hard work goes without saying at TPG, supported by our culture that thrives on having fun while living well. This is what it means to be a partner for our clients and teammates.

The Partners Group currently has an outstanding opportunity for an early-career, detail-oriented professional to join our Employee Benefits team in Renton, Washington as a Benefits Service Coordinator!

If you enjoy learning by doing, take pride in getting the details right, and are motivated to grow in a collaborative environment, you’ll find strong alignment here.
How you will make an impact at TPGTPG’s IGNITE Program is designed to start your insurance career off right. You will receive in-house training, a behind-the-scenes look at each of our business units, time with senior leadership, mentoring, and more!
You will receive hands‑on training by first learning how to support your team and clients in a client service role, which can also prepare you for a career path in Sales or Client Service. Rather than throwing you in without a life preserver, we give you “swimming lessons” so you can develop the business acumen and expertise needed to be able to build your career with us.
TPG serves many household brands. We can’t mention them here, but you will find them in your local grocery store, on billboards, and more. Why work for one great company when you can work with many?
As a Benefits Service Coordinator, you’ll play a hands‑on role in supporting the delivery of employee benefits solutions for our clients by partnering closely with Account Managers and service teams. From coordinating renewals to preparing proposals and supporting client communications, your work ensures accuracy, timeliness, and a seamless experience for both clients and carrier partners. You’ll help keep complex processes moving forward, contributing directly to client retention and the high level of service TPG is known for.
Just as importantly, this role is designed as a foundation for growth – offering exposure to all aspects of the employee benefits lifecycle and the opportunity to build lasting industry expertise.
As a future Benefits Account Manager, you will put clients’ best interests first. You will be a partner who solves problems by building custom insurance strategies that discover, protect, and enhance your clients’ future. You’ll establish relationships and nurture them for many years to come.
