We are hiring a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) with 1–2 years of tech sales experience to support outbound and inbound sales efforts. This is a high-performance, KPI-driven role ideal for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced remote sales environment and are motivated by targets, growth, and commission potential.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct 60–100 outbound calls daily to prospective restaurant clients
- Book 5–8 qualified demos per week for Account Executives
- Qualify inbound leads and ensure timely follow-ups
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems
- Support seamless handoff of qualified opportunities to the sales team
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
- Work independently while consistently achieving performance KPIs
- 1–2 years of experience in tech sales, SaaS sales, or SDR roles
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Proven ability to meet or exceed KPIs (80–100 calls/day, strong conversion rates)
- Reliable, high-speed internet connection and professional remote setup
- Highly motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented mindset
- Spanish language proficiency (highly preferred)
- Experience selling into the restaurant, hospitality, or QSR industry
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Hub Spot or similar platforms
