Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results‑driven USA – Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and building long‑term relationships with clients. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer‑focused attitude, and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
- Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients in accordance with company policies.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/services.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Stay up to date on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve the customer experience and resolve issues.
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle objections.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Microsoft Office Suite.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
