Route Service Representative – Rental Division

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base. This is a physical, fast‑paced, indoor/outdoor position in which our partners deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products.

• Serve as the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers
• Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns
• Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services
• Negotiate service‑agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations

Qualified candidates must meet all requirements outlined by the Department of Transportation (Use the "Apply for this Job" box below). driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs. In order to comply with DOT requirements, candidates must, prior to their first day of employment:

• Have an active driver’s license
• Be at least 21 years of age
• Obtain a DOT medical certification
• Provide documentation regarding their previous employment

• A high school diploma, GED, or military service

• Self‑motivation and a drive to work in a teamwork‑based environment

A reasonable estimate of total compensation for this role ranges between $45,000 and $90,000 per year and is a combination of base salary plus earned commissions. The range takes into account factors such as skill sets, experience and training, performance, and other business and organizational needs.
