Role Description

The Outside Sales Representative is a full-time, remote role responsible for driving sales and building strong customer relationships. This role includes managing sales orders (sometimes via service tablet), identifying and developing new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service tailored to client needs. Representatives are expected to work closely with clients, understand their unique requirements, and ensure a seamless and successful customer experience, contributing to revenue growth.

Qualifications
  • Proficient in Sales Presentations and New Business Development strategies
  • Strong skills in Relationship Building and Customer Service
  • Excellent Communication capabilities, prioritizing active listening and clear articulation
  • Ability to merchandise accounts assigned to them
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting and effectively manage a sales territory
  • Prior experience in B2B sales, especially in the retail or plumbing sectors, is a plus
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients
