Clean Harbors in Spokane, WA is seeking a Field Services Account Manager to join the Environmental Sales team. The Field Services Account Manager is responsible for lead generation and securing field sales.

The Account Manager is responsible for representing SMC in all business activities associated with current customer and distributor account support, and for creating and maintaining customer relationships.

The Account Manager is pivotal in owning the B2B customer relationship within the largest and most complex healthcare delivery networks, including Health Systems, State CDC Awardees, and major health departments.

This position is responsible for account follow‑up on all assigned accounts, resolving billing problems, answering patient inquiries, setting up financial arrangements, and using collection tools to manage payments.
