You will communicate clearly, document observations, and provide customer service to staff and visitors while supporting a professional, integrity-led team. This is an armed post requiring an armed guard card and a driving role requiring a valid driver's license.

** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to clients by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to an aerospace and defense location.

+ Conduct regular and random armed patrols of buildings, production areas, parking areas, and perimeter routes as assigned, with working conditions varying by post.

+ Control access at gates and/or entry points by checking identification, verifying authorizations, and directing visitors, deliveries, and contractors in accordance with site requirements.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including initiating notifications, coordinating with site personnel, and documenting actions taken.

+ Complete detailed security-related reports and logs, including patrol activity, access control actions, and incident observations, and communicate status updates to supervision as needed.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + Possess a Concealed Carry Weapons Permit.

+ Have 1+ Years' Armed Security/Law Enforcement/Military Experience.

+ Possess an Armed Guard Card/License.

+ A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

+ Be 21+ Years of Age.

+ Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Participate in industry-specific security training programs.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
