Job Summary
United Security Services, Inc. seeks to employ a Security Supervisor for a detail located in Renton, WA. The Security Supervisor will be responsible for daily security operations, coordinating with local law enforcement and other emergency responders as needed.
Responsibilities- Oversight of security operations: enforce security policies and procedures, monitor personnel, ensure effective duty performance.
- Ensure adequate monitoring of all areas for security risks.
- Surveillance system monitoring and review.
- Emergency Response Management: respond promptly to all security incidents, emergencies, or alarms; coordinate with local authorities during emergency situations or investigations.
- Team Supervision and Training: assist in recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of security staff; schedule shifts and manage team performance to ensure coverage at all times.
- Reporting and Documentation: prepare and maintain accurate reports of incidents, investigations, and daily activities; maintain records of security equipment; complete incident reports and log entries in compliance with policies and legal standards; handle payroll for on-site employees.
Other duties and responsibilities may be required based on operational needs.
Qualifications- Minimum one year experience in security management.
- Three years experience as a Security Officer.
- Security Officer Certification.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or related field.
- Crisis Management or Emergency Response Training.
- Military or law enforcement background.
- Ability to stand, walk, and patrol the property for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and carry items up to a certain weight (e.g., security equipment).
Sunday, Monday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM.
