Security Officer Driver Patrol Response

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to residents, tenants, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, maintenance concerns, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and sharing information through proper channels;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property, including common areas, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter locations, helping to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual behavior;
Monitor access to the location by observing entrances and exits, verifying authorized access when required, and reporting suspicious activity, unsecured areas, and/or policy violations;
Support daily operations by completing incident reports, communicating with property management and/or first responders as needed, and following post orders for the location
