Perform general maintenance projects as scheduled or assigned, including installations and repairs involving plumbing and electrical equipment, fire and sprinkler equipment, H.V.A.C., landscape, carpentry work, painting, and equipment repair;
Must understand and have knowledge of Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS);
Repair and maintain vacated rooms in a timely manner which includes painting walls and cleaning carpets;
Responsible for all in-house plumbing, e.g. sinks, toilets and bathtubs;
Responsible for painting of all apartments and common areas
