Maintenance Technician – apartment property management

• Conduct daily repairs and upgrades of property buildings and grounds.
• Prepare vacant units for new occupants.
• Maintain an inventory of all supplies and equipment.
• Ensure all necessary tools are available.
• Report unusual or extraordinary conditions regarding the property or residents.
• Maintain a professional appearance and enforce property uniform standards.
• Operate within OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
• Be available for on‑call duties.
• Secure the maintenance shop at the close of each workday.
• Remove snow and ice as needed.
• Handle lock‑outs from evictions and provide a 24‑hour response to service requests.

• Proficient with hand and power tools.
• Strong ability to follow detailed written or oral instructions.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Previous property maintenance or handyman experience.
• Screening: background and drug screening required.

Full‑time: $28.00–$32.00 per hour.
