Take the next step in your restoration career. Lead your own crew, run your own jobs, and get paid like a skilled tradesman who knows what he's doing.

We're a locally-owned, family-run restoration company serving the greater Seattle area, and we're growing fast across water mitigation, fire/smoke restoration, and mold remediation. We're looking for an experienced technician who's ready to stop just doing the work and start leading it.

If you've got the certifications, the field experience, and the leadership instincts — but your current company isn't giving you the crew, the pay, or the respect you've earned — we want to talk to you.

What You'll Do
  • Lead a crew of 2–4 technicians on water mitigation, fire/smoke, or mold remediation jobs
  • Make real technical calls on-site — equipment placement, drying strategy, scope decisions
  • Be the face of the company for clients during one of the most stressful moments of their lives
  • Mentor junior technicians and help them develop into strong crew members
  • Work across all three of our service lines — water, fire/smoke, and mold — building a complete skill set
  • Take real ownership of your jobs from first call to final walkthrough
What We Offer
  • $28–$36/hour starting pay, based on certifications and experience
  • Company vehicle provided for job use
  • On-call and emergency callout pay on top of your base rate
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Paid time off and sick leave
  • Company-paid advanced IICRC certifications — FSRT, AMRT, and beyond
  • A genuine path to Supervisor and Operations Manager — we promote from within
What We’re Looking For

Required:

  • 3+ years of hands‑on experience in water damage, fire/smoke, or mold restoration
  • IICRC Water Restoration Technician (WRT) certification
  • IICRC Applied Structural Drying (ASD) certification
  • Comfortable operating extraction equipment, drying systems, and moisture meters
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Strong communication skills — you'll be the one talking to clients on‑site, not just doing the work

A plus, but not required:

  • IICRC FSRT or AMRT certification
  • Previous crew lead or supervisory experience
  • Xactimate or restoration software familiarity
  • Why Technicians Choose Us

We're not a franchise rollup or a private‑equity shop where you're just a number. We're a family‑owned company that's been serving this community since 2005, and we know that our crews are the reason we have a reputation worth protecting.

Every Supervisor and Operations Manager on our team today started as a technician. If you're ready to lead, we're ready to invest in you.
