YOU'LL DO:
- As a framing/concrete laborer, you’ll be helping build the structure of buildings from the ground up.
- You’ll work with a team to measure and cut materials, put together wall and floor frames, and set up forms where concrete will be poured.
- You’ll also help pour and smooth concrete, install reinforcement like rebar, and move materials around the job site.
- A big part of your role is keeping the work area clean and safe while using basic tools and equipment.
- It’s hands‑on, physical work, and you’ll be outside most of the time, working closely with others to get each part of the project done.
Pay is $20-$25 per hour DOE Growth and Advancement opportunities Medical / Dental / Vision IRA w/ 2% match Paid Holidays Day shift:
Monday - Friday 6:30am - 3:00pm
NEED TO HAVE :
- For this role, you’ll need at least 1–2 years of hands‑on experience in framing, concrete work, or a similar construction environment.
- You should be comfortable using basic tools like saws, drills, and measuring equipment, and have a solid understanding of job site safety and daily operations.
- Experience with tasks like building frames, setting forms, pouring and finishing concrete, or working with rebar is important.
- You should also be able to follow directions, read basic plans, and work efficiently as part of a team.
- This is a physically demanding job, so being able to lift, stand for long periods, and work outdoors in various conditions is essential.
