We are seeking a skilled and experienced Dismantler Technician to join our team in Washington. As a Dismantler Technician, you will be responsible for dismantling mechanical, electrical, and electronic components from various vehicles and equipment. This position requires a high level of technical expertise and attention to detail.

• Disassemble vehicles and equipment according to established procedures
• Remove and identify all usable parts for inventory purposes
• Inspect parts for quality and damage, and determine if they can be reused or need to be discarded
• Label and organize parts for storage or shipment
• Maintain a clean work area and follow safety protocols at all times
• Keep track of inventory levels and report any shortages or damages to management

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Dismantler or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of vehicle mechanics, electrical systems, and electronics
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, cutting torches, and other equipment safely and effectively
• Detail-oriented with excellent organization skills
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 pounds regularly
