Renton CDJR - Renton, WA Salary Range: $ - $ Commission/year
- Flat-rate pay up to $75 per hour (based on experience and certifications)

Responsibilities- Perform accurate diagnostics using manufacturer schematics, scan tools, and diagnostic software.
- Repair and service powertrain components, transmissions, and electrical systems in accordance with factory standards.
- Complete mechanical repairs including engine work, diesel repairs, suspension, alignments, and related services.
- Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, brake repairs, tire rotations, and fluid services.
- Assist with advanced repairs including ADAS systems, calibrations, and vehicle programming when required.
- Conduct multi-point inspections and document findings clearly.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with dealership and OEM safety standards.
- Communicate repair needs clearly to advisors to support a positive customer experience.
- Stellantis Phase 3 certification
- Primary Position Code 23 (Diagnostic / Drivability)
- High Voltage (3E) certification for hybrid and EV systems (4xe, EV platforms)
- Experience with advanced electrical diagnostics and vehicle programming
- At least 1 year of prior dealership experience as an Automotive Technician required.
- Solid understanding of automotive electrical systems, powertrain components, transmissions, and diesel engines.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and diagnostic data accurately.
- Experience with FCA/Stellantis vehicles is a plus, but not required.
- Comfortable using diagnostic equipment, shop tools, and manufacturer software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
