Qa engineer

Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented QA Engineer to join our growing team in Washington. As a QA Engineer you will be responsible for testing and ensuring the quality of our software products. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

• Develop and execute test plans for new software features
• Identify, record and track bugs in our software
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to resolve issues
• Conduct regression testing to ensure existing features continue to function properly
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies in order to continuously improve our testing processes

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a QA Engineer or similar role
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies Agile Scrum
• Experience using testing tools such as Selenium, JIRA or similar
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

• ISTQB certification or similar
• Experience with automation testing
• Knowledge of coding languages such as Java or Python

This position offers a competitive salary of $1600 per month
