Salesforce Technical Architect - Guidehouse

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead the technical architecture of end‑to‑end Salesforce solutions, ensuring they meet client business objectives and security standards.
• Design and implement custom Apex code, Lightning Web Components, and integration patterns with external systems and government platforms.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional consulting teams to translate functional requirements into robust, maintainable technical designs.
• Establish governance, coding standards, and best practices for Salesforce development and deployment pipelines.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

• 10+ years of experience designing and delivering complex Salesforce solutions, preferably in the public sector or defense domain.
• Deep expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce APIs, and integration frameworks (REST, SOAP, Mule Soft, etc.).
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture, security, and scalability principles within Salesforce and related platforms (e.g., Heroku, Experience Cloud).
• Proven consulting experience with excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Relevant certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or equivalent.
