Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our Security business unit.
Primary Responsibilities- Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying accuracy against purchase orders.
- Pick and ship orders according to pick and ship lists.
- Deliver materials to technicians and customers in a company vehicle.
- Load and unload trucks using pallet jacks, forklifts, or other warehouse equipment.
- Maintain organized inventory and assist with inventory audits.
- Operate warehouse equipment and company vehicles safely and report any maintenance issues.
- Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times.
- Support other warehouse functions as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 65 lbs / 23 kg and stand or walk for extended periods
- Basic computer and inventory management skills
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work in a team-oriented environment
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
- Previous office assistant, project coordination, or electrical experience would be a bonus
