Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and shipping.
Ensure materials are efficiently available and moving throughout the facility to support production.
Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, tracking, and system updates.
Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, including scheduling and documentation.
Lead, train, and support warehouse and material handling staff.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused warehouse environment.
Collaborate with production and leadership teams to enhance workflow
and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
3–5+ years of experience in warehouse supervision.
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control.
Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or distribution environment is preferred.
Proficiency with warehouse systems; ERP/WMS experience is a plus.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to maintain accountability and ensure efficient operations.
Forklift experience or certification is preferred.
