Warehouse Lead

Our Distribution location in Renton is looking to hire a Warehouse Lead. This full‑time salaried position has annual pay starting at $60,000 to $75,000, DOE.

As Warehouse Lead, you will oversee warehouse operations, ensuring adequate inventory levels, meeting production goals, and maintaining safety and product quality standards.

• Verifies weekly that there is packaging and ingredients of adequate inventory levels located at the plant to ensure daily scheduled production run of each item
• Monitors labor needs of each operation while hitting production goals in each department
• Coordinating production and warehouse activities to achieve efficient, safe & secure operation of the facility
• Ensures product quality meets specifications and alerts plant management of deviations
• Checks finished product from production for labeling, case counts, dates, and codes
• Monitors recovery range from all production paperwork
• Informs appropriate personnel on status of items being produced
• Ensures employees under supervision follow all safety rules, policies, HACCP and GMP procedures
• Follows company safety policies, procedures and GMPs

• Well‑organized, highly motivated, resourceful self‑starter
• Excellent knowledge of seafood production, inventory control, quality assurance, safety
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills
• Good decision‑making skills
• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks, work under pressure, troubleshoot, adapt to change, remain flexible
