Warehouse Associate

Our sister company La Mexicana is hiring a Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced food production environment, Monday through Friday 4:30 am to 1:00 pm.

This role covers all core warehouse functions including picking, staging, inventory handling, and loading — with the ability to step in on local distributor deliveries as needed
.

Ideal for someone who is reliable, organized, and comfortable working both in the warehouse and occasionally on the road.

• Pick, pack, and stage customer orders accurately
• Load and unload trucks (inbound and outbound)
• Organize finished goods and maintain clean warehouse conditions
• Support inventory accuracy (counts, rotation, lot tracking)
• Prepare orders for delivery routes and distributor pickups

• Verify incoming and outgoing shipments
• Check product quality and quantities
• Maintain organized storage and proper product rotation (FIFO)

• Cover local deliveries to distribution partners as needed (10 miles from warehouse)
• Load route trucks and ensure accurate deliveries
• Communicate professionally with customers at delivery

• Experience in warehouse, shipping/receiving, or distribution preferred
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stay active throughout the shift
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Comfortable driving box trucks or delivery vehicles (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and reliability

• Up to $23/hour depending on experience
