Telecom Billing Analyst

Tech Partners LLC is seeking a Temporary Telecom Billing Analyst on behalf of our client, a well-established telecommunications and managed services provider. This is a full-time, on-site contract engagement supporting the client's team with telecom invoice tracking, reconciliation, and billing analysis. Immediate start for the right candidate.

Reston, VA or Tulsa, OK (On-site) Job Type: Full-time, Temporary Contract — Approximately 2–3 months, with possibility of extension

Schedule:

40 hours/week

Competitive hourly rate, based on experience

• Track, monitor, and reconcile missing telecom invoices across carriers
• Download invoices from vendor portals and email inboxes
• Process and analyze telecom bills, then post billing information into internal systems
• Process vendor invoice payments
• Research and resolve billing discrepancies directly with carriers
• Provide regular status updates and escalation summaries

• 2+ years of experience in telecom billing, telecom expense management (TEM), accounts payable, or invoice processing
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including filters, pivot tables, and basic formulas
• Ability to work across multiple systems and vendor portals
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow established processes
• Strong organizational, analytical, and written/verbal communication skills
• Associate's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred (not required)
