Kimley-Horn in Reston, VA is seeking an Accounting Assistant to join our growing regional Project Accounting team in-office. This is not a remote position and requires strong collaboration with the accounting group.
You will support project lifecycle tasks, prepare and send monthly invoices, monitor accounts receivable, assist with vendor inquiries, and help with data entry across internal and external systems while upholding a high standard of professionalism.
