Responsibilities- Recruiting new candidates (making recruiting calls on designated days of the week, screening and setting appointments/interviews).
- Enter information for new hires, status changes, separations data in iCIMS and compile monthly / weekly reports for HR Manager.
- Process new hires, including uniforms, onboarding hire packets, and company when requested.
- Ensure compliance with related local, state and federal regulations and confidentiality.
- Perform document scanning into Image Now for processing, distribution, and other functions.
- Answer incoming calls, transferring calls to the appropriate party.
- Serve as the company’s branch office admin.
- First‑line ambassador of all visitors and staff.
- Personally handle questions, problems or requests.
- Direct visitors or staff to the appropriate party.
- Coordinating daily mail.
- Ensure outgoing mail is posted.
- Ensure incoming mail is channeled to the appropriate party.
- Maintain the postage meter (not service related).
- Assist with uniform inventory, issuance and returns.
- Ensure ample availability of stock forms, make additional copies as supplies run low or order the same from outsourced vendors.
- Assist with ordering new hire pre‑employment substance abuse and background screenings.
- Perform new hire onboarding, orientation and review hire packets for accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure normal supplies of office supplies are available, request replenishments when necessary.
- Assist with organization and filing of personnel and client files.
- Maintain confidentiality of all company information and data.
- Capable of effectively functioning with minimal supervision.
- Perform any other duties as required or directed.
This is a full‑time, hourly position. Duty hours will be scheduled around normal weekday office operations; benefits are available as per Company “Benefits Policy”.
Qualifications- SITE SUPERVISOR
- SITE – 20071 Medalist Dr. Ashburn, VA.
- Shift – Sunday through Thursday, 0700 – 1500.
- PAYRATE – $23.00.
- MUST HAVE PREVIOUS SUPERVISOR EXPERIENCE.
- Internal candidates must have an exemplary performance and attendance record with NO disciplines within a year of applying for this position.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Must be able to multitask.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office products.
