Office Administrator/ Coordinator
Responsibilities
May include but are not limited to:
Support day-to-day Corporate Services operations by responding to internal service requests such as office needs, employee gifting, printing, catering, and meeting support
Assist with facilities and office management at the Reston Headquarters ("HQ,") including maintaining kitchen and common area supplies and helping monitor inventory levels
Serve as a support point of contact for HQ Services, collaborating with internal teams such as IT, HR, Accounting, Marketing, and other business units
Help coordinate with external vendors (cleaning, security, maintenance, etc.) and report service issues as needed
Assist with the Employee Store (“Tek Store”) warehouse fulfillment coordination by submitting orders, tracking deliveries, and helping replenish inventory for all Tek Synap offices
Support shipping and receiving activities, including handling mail, preparing outbound shipments, and coordinating with carriers (USPS, UPS, etc.)
Provide support for onsite and offsite meetings and events, including catering coordination, room setup, registration support, and breakdown
Assist with administrative and operational tasks such as working with print vendors, submitting expense documentation, and supporting corporate engagement initiatives
Participate in special projects and additional operational tasks as assigned, gaining exposure to corporate operations and facilities management.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be a current college student
- Submit cover letter + resume to opening
- Able to lift and move at least 50 lbs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with MS Office Solutions a plus
- Legal right to work in the United States
