Job Title: Executive Assistant
Location: Tysons, VA
Job Type: Contract (3-4 month contract)
Compensation: $36.00 – $39.00 / Hourly

Addison Group is actively seeking a Executive Assistant for our client, a respected organization. This contract opportunity is ideal for a proactive, tech‑savvy professional with strong leadership skills and a background supporting senior executives and board‑level operations.
About the RoleAs the Executive Assistant, you will act as a key partner to the CEO and executive team, managing daily office functions and high‑level administrative tasks. This includes leading the front desk team, coordinating board and leadership meetings, and overseeing internal communications and document compliance.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive administrative support to executive leadership, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
- Manage complex scheduling across multiple time zones and anticipate conflicts or changes
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and meeting materials
- Serve as a key point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Coordinate meetings, including agenda preparation, note‑taking, and follow‑up on action items
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
- Assist with expense reports, invoicing, and document management
- Support special projects, research requests, and ad hoc administrative needs
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
- Help streamline administrative processes and improve efficiency where possible
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 4-5 years of experience supporting C‑Suite executives
- Proven leadership/supervisory experience (direct reports include administrative and front desk staff)
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams);
SharePoint or ADP experience is a plus - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment with professionalism and discretion
- Strong interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligence
- Work Hours:
Monday–Friday | 8:30AM - 5:30PM - Reports To:
CEO and works closely with Senior VP of Development
