Our hotel features 518 guestrooms to be renovated in 2025, along with more than 32,000 square feet of newly renovated, pillar-free meeting space containing up to 22 breakout rooms. The largest hotel in Fairfax County by room count, we also boast the second largest ballroom in the county at 12,300 sq ft.

Responsibilities

The Events Administrative Assistant must be a highly motivated individual who is eager and ready to accept additional responsibilities when needed. This position is responsible for providing administrative support to a team of Sales/Event Planning Managers. The ideal candidate has a friendly demeanor, the ability to learn new computer programs, can multitask and complete projects in a timely manner. This person should demonstrate exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficient knowledge of computer applications
  • Support in detailing groups and final billing process.
