Overview
Procession Systems is seeking a detail oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support our recruiting and management teams. You will be responsible for coordinating candidate interviews, scheduling internal meetings, maintaining data records and providing general administrative support to ensure smooth day to day office operations.

- Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews with hiring managers and clients
- Work closely with senior leadership and clients to arrange meetings and manage calendars
- Collaborate with analysts to gather data and maintain spreadsheets and reports
- Enter, update and verify information in company databases and tracking systems
- Assist with general office administration, including organization, document management and correspondence
- 2-3 + years of experience in office administration, administrative support or a related field
- At least 1+ years of calendar management supporting multiple clients, executives, or managers
- Experience setting up video conference and Meets/Teams technology for meeting user
- Professional demeanor and strong customer service experience
- Ability to work independently and maintain attention to detail in a high volume environment
- At least 2 years of experience in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience planning ahead and managing time effectively
