Mailroom Assistant

Description

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Mailroom Assistant to join our team in a full-time, on-site role. The ideal candidate will have prior office experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage a fast-paced mailroom environment.

Responsibilities:

+ Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and shipments

+ Prepare and process mailings accurately and efficiently

+ Operate office equipment, including printers and copiers

+ Assist with general office support duties as needed

+ Maintain organized mailroom and supply areas

+ Support daily administrative tasks and adapt quickly to changing priorities

Requirements

+ 1+ years of office experience, including experience handling mailings

+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

+ Comfortable operating printing, copier, and other office machines

+ Tech savvy and able to learn new systems quickly

+ Strong multitasking and organizational skills

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills

+ Quick learner with the ability to pick up new processes fast

+ Ability to lift up to 30 pounds

+ Ability to move throughout the office and stand for extended periods
