Job Title
Job Overview:
Pay Range: $44.05hr - $57.17hr
Provide high-level administrative and operational support to leadership within the Renewables and Clean Power division.
Manage calendars, communications, travel, and office operations while ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
Coordinate activities across teams and support efficient execution of business functions.
Responsibilities:
- Screen and direct phone calls and visitors on behalf of leadership.
- Manage and maintain executive calendars, resolving conflicts and prioritizing schedules.
- Coordinate departmental requests and support cross-functional communication.
- Track key priorities, commitments, and follow up on action items.
- Plan and coordinate office services, meetings, and events.
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including itineraries and updates.
- Prepare and manage expense reports.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics and catering.
- Manage visitor access, workspace arrangements, and office logistics.
- Maintain office supplies, distribution lists, and workspace assignments.
- Support leadership team initiatives and ensure smooth office operations.
Requirements/Must Have:
- Minimum of 7+ years of administrative or secretarial experience.
- Strong experience supporting senior leadership in a corporate environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Experience in travel coordination, expense reporting, and meeting management.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Qualification And
Education:
- Associate’s degree or related technical training preferred.
