Executive Administrator
The Executive Administrator provides high-level administrative and operational support to senior leadership. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, secure environment. The Executive Administrator will manage daily administrative functions while ensuring compliance with Department of the Air Force (DoW) processes, terminology, and security requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to executive leadership, including calendar management, scheduling, and coordination of meetings.
- Prepare, review, and distribute correspondence, reports, briefings, and presentations.
- Maintain records, files, and documentation in accordance with DoW processes and security protocols.
- Serve as a liaison between leadership, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
- Manage travel arrangements, expense tracking, and logistical coordination.
- Ensure accurate and timely handling of sensitive and classified information.
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools to create documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Support special projects and ad hoc administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Must be a US citizen.
- Must have an active TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain a CI Poly.
- Minimum of 3 years of administrative or executive administrative experience.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Working knowledge and understanding of DoW processes and terminology.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Successful background and drug screening check.
Physical Demands or Work Environment:
- The majority of the time is spent in an office setting.
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance, vision, color vision and ability to adjust focus.
