*** 15+ years of sales experience in information solutions serving the SLED market.
* 2–5 years of proven experience managing sales teams.

** SLED market in Public Sector**, with deep expertise in the Health, Social Services, and Tax & Revenue sub-markets. In this role, you will leverage your established relationships with Public Sector executive decision-makers and apply your proven “hunter” mentality and leadership experience to expand Trans Union’s market share with industry-leading solutions. ** Key Responsibilities
*** Lead and manage the direct SLED sales team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Drive revenue growth by developing and executing strategic sales plans for Health, Social Services, and Tax & Revenue sub-markets.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with Public Sector executive decision-makers.
* Coach, mentor, and develop sales associates to build, cultivate, and close pipeline opportunities.
* Collaborate with Channel Sales to implement strategies that expand market territory.
* Provide accurate forecasting and revenue projections to support organizational goals.
* Represent Trans Union professionally in presentations and meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
