• Perform merchant boarding and audits with high accuracy and compliance.
• Submit Merchant Processing Agreements (MPA) and process pricing updates.
• Coordinate PCI audits and ensure completion of required documentation.
• Enter and maintain IRIS data with strong data quality standards.
• Provide underwriting support and resolve onboarding issues in coordination with stakeholders.

• 1+ years in fintech, merchant onboarding, or compliance experience
• Knowledge of PCI requirements and underwriting processes.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy; comfortable with structured processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and operational systems (e.g., IRIS or equivalent).

• Experience conducting audits and maintaining merchant onboarding documentation.
• Familiarity in Payments or Fintech industry.

• Associates or degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related.
