• 15+ years of sales experience in information solutions serving the SLED market.
• 2-5 years of proven experience managing sales teams.

Track Record:

• Demonstrated history of quota attainment and revenue growth.
• Proven ability to forecast and project revenue accurately.

Leadership

Skills:

• Strong ability to coach, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team.

Technical

Skills:

• Proficiency with Microsoft applications and other software tools; internet savvy.

Personal Attributes:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong presentation and persuasion abilities

Trans Union is seeking a Director of Sales for the SLED market in Public Sector
, with deep expertise in the Health, Social Services, and Tax & Revenue sub-markets. In this role, you will leverage your established relationships with Public Sector executive decision-makers and apply your proven "hunter" mentality and leadership experience to expand Trans Union's market share with industry-leading solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the direct SLED sales team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Drive revenue growth by developing and executing strategic sales plans for Health, Social Services, and Tax & Revenue sub-markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Public Sector executive decision-makers.
• Coach, mentor, and develop sales associates to build, cultivate, and close pipeline opportunities.
• Collaborate with Channel Sales to implement strategies that expand market territory.
• Provide accurate forecasting and revenue projections to support organizational goals.
• Represent Trans Union professionally in presentations and meetings with internal and external stakeholders.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
