GeBBS Consulting is a healthcare technology professional services and consulting firm based in Towson, Maryland servicing clients throughout the US. We are celebrating our 28th year in business. We have two divisions:
1) Hospital / Provider Practice
2) Managed Care / Payer Practice – we work directly with health plans (very strong in the Blue Cross Blue Shield space). GeBBS Consulting has over two decades of experience supporting healthcare clients throughout the US.

We are currently hiring a Corporate Communication Specialist

Summary:

One of our Blue Cross Blue Shield clients is seeking a Corporate Communication Specialist to support the events and sponsorship team in annual conferences, townhalls, and daily communication initiatives.

The hired employee will be responsible for copywriting, copy editing, and helping draft talking points, leadership communications, newsletter content, and web content that are for internal employees, or partnered BCBS plans with consumers of the communications coming from both Business/Functional and IT sides.

• 3+ years of experience in communications related role
• Experience writing talking points for leadership for conferences, creating newsletters, web content, and marketing materials/campaigns.
• Experience being involved in planning and coordinating events and sponsorship communications.

Location:

Hybrid - once a month onsite in either location:
Met Square DC, Merriweather, MD, or Reston, VA.
