ResponsibilitiesAs a Targeting Analyst you will perform all‑source analysis, process structured and unstructured data, and generate reports to identify targets and opportunities that address intelligence gaps and align with our client’s operational requirements. The specific work location varies based on the position filled.
Qualifications- Active TS/SCI with Poly clearance
- U.S. citizenship
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in a relevant field
- Job‑specific experience performing similar roles within the Federal Intelligence Community, typically 3 years for Full Performance, 8 years for Senior, 12 years for Expert
- Experience with analytic targeting tools and techniques
- Ability to analyze, prioritize, problem‑solve, and synthesize large amounts of data and information
- Experience working on several tasks concurrently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and briefing skills to convey technical information to non‑technical audiences
- Excellent writing and technical editing skills
- Experience writing technical intelligence reports
