** This is an ON-SITE position in our Reston, VA office
** APPTIUM is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Product Manager I to join our team. This role plays a pivotal part in the product lifecycle, including product planning, development, and delivery. The ideal candidate will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure our products meet market demands and align with business goals.
** ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
* ** Product Management Support**:
Assist in the development and execution of product strategies, roadmaps, and feature prioritization.
* ** Market Research**:
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive products, and customer needs to inform product decisions.
* ** Product Development**:
Collaborate with engineering, design, and other teams to ensure product specifications are met and timelines are adhered to.
* ** Stakeholder Communication**:
Serve as a liaison between internal teams, providing updates on product status, performance, and any necessary adjustments.
* ** Performance Analysis**:
Monitor and analyze product performance metrics post-launch to identify areas for improvement.
* ** Documentation**:
Maintain detailed records of product specifications, changes, and project updates.
* ** Customer Feedback**:
Collect and analyze user feedback to refine product offerings and enhance customer satisfaction.
** JOB REQUIREMENTS
*** Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Product Management, or a related field.
* 1-3 years of experience in product management, product development, or a related role.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
* Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, SQL).
* Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
