Director of Sales — Build the Machine

Realistic Earnings: $200,000–$250,000+
If you’ve ever wanted full ownership of a sales organization — recruiting it, shaping it, and getting paid based on what it produces — this is that seat. No layers. No ceiling. You either read this and feel it, or it’s not for you.
The mission is simple: build a high-performance real estate team that produces. Not headcount — production. You will turn recruiting into closings, onboarding into productivity, and culture into accountability. If agents aren’t producing, that sits with you.
You will own recruiting, onboarding, training, and KPI accountability. This means bringing in the right people, getting them productive fast, running trainings that change behavior, and managing performance weekly. You’ll know exactly who is producing, who isn’t, and why — and you’ll act on it.
Compensation is built for builders. Realistic earnings are $200K–$250K+, including base, production overrides, recruiting bonuses, and performance accelerators. If you build a machine, you get paid like you built it.
This role is for someone who has led agents, driven production, and is comfortable holding the line. You move fast, think in numbers, and don’t need direction — you want ownership.
If you need security, avoid hard conversations, or prefer maintaining over building, this will not be a fit.
