Microstrategy Specialist
Immediate need for a Microstrategy Specialist for a position in the Banking & Financial Industry. This is a 6+ month's contract opportunity with long-term potential located in Reston, VA. Please review the job description below:
Key Responsibilities / Key Requirements and TechnologyExperience:
- 5+ years of experience with Microstrategy programming/administration.
- 5+ years of experience with Shell / Perl script programming on UNIX environment
- 1 - 3 years of experience with Microstrategy development.
- Experience in various RDBMS including DB2, Oracle, Sybase, and SQL Server.
- Should be able to migrate Autosys jobs, create and update Jil/Runbooks.
- Experience with source code management using GIT.
- Experience in workload automation / job scheduling using Autosys.
- Responsible for preparing the Transition documentation.
- Responsible for Code check-in/checkout & version control.
- Should be able to handle multiple applications and work as a team player and individual contributor.
