Responsible for overseeing strategy, knowledge management, content coordination, FVEY engagement coordination, and executive support to the Customer Co‑Lead for a JHTS program. The candidate will work with other PMOs to coordinate event schedules, manage senior‑level engagements across DoW, IC, and FVEY partners, and facilitate collaboration.
We're supporting a well‑established customer on a critical, high‑visibility mission. The team is talented, and we need a full‑time Technical Engagements coordinator with expertise in knowledge management, reporting, executive support, IC collaboration, FVEY partnerships, and the Joint Hard Target Strategies mission.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain the program’s FVEY space posting the latest information and materials.
- Develop and maintain documents for all partners working closely with their graphics teams.
- Compile the program FVEY Project Catalogue and update it annually.
- Coordinate reporting with PMOs representing other JHTS programs to ensure releasable language and compliance with foreign disclosure processes.
- Produce a year‑end report with the PMOs representing other JHTS programs.
- Draft the annual program FVEY Overview Brief with input from PMOs and communications officers, finalizing and publishing the brief.
- Coordinate and host two events annually.
- Organize periodic FVEY meetings as requested by the program’s Co‑Leads.
- Represent the Customer JHTS Co‑Lead in briefings and meetings, including off‑site exchanges and quarterly program reviews.
- Work closely with all FVEY partners supporting the mission.
- Manage travel arrangements for the Customer Co‑Lead, including local, national, international travel and necessary approvals.
- Manage the Customer Co‑Lead’s calendar, collaborating closely with mission partner program Co‑Leads.
- Arrange all travel for the Customer Co‑Lead, including local, national, international travel, visitor requests, and required approvals.
- Develop and enhance collaborative, positive partnerships with IC/DoW leadership to identify and create strategies addressing needs, challenges, or advancing corporate goals.
- Independently anticipate, set, and meet priorities, achieving results that support Agency objectives and strategies.
- Experience collaborating across IC and DoW on cross‑agency initiatives.
- Proactively ensure continuous transfer of knowledge and skills across the IC, serving as a resource and overseeing cross‑IC collaboration, especially on JHTS and FVEY events.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Experience in administration and maintenance of Confluence pages.
- Experience with the Defense Travel System and Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent writing and editing skills.
- Experience working with the U.S. Commands.
Starting pay for this role will fall within the listed range and will be based on factors such as experience, qualifications, skills, location, and market conditions. The base pay for this position within the Washington, DC metropolitan area is:
