• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 15 years of experience in partner management or business development.
• 5 years of experience working with public cloud solutions across Software-as-a-Service, Platform-as-a-Service and Infrastructure-as-a-Service (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS) markets.
• 5 years of experience within developer tools technologies.

• Experience with executive stakeholder management through strategy consulting engagements.
• Experience with technical product management and the ability to grasp complex technical and product concepts.
• Track record of driving the creation of demand generation and go-to-market (GTM) plans.
• Ability to grow in fast-paced, collaborative, and ambiguous start‑up like environments where thoughtfulness, an entrepreneurial mindset, persistent execution, and relationships drive success.
• Ability to facilitate discussions, structure agreements, interpret legal documents, and work with legal teams to sign and manage agreements.
• Ability to plan and manage at strategic and operational levels, and to launch new products in the marketplace.

As a Partner Development Manager, you'll develop and drive the Google Cloud business relationship with key Independent Software Vendors (ISV) across various AI tools (AIOps, MLOps, etc.) and AI Developer Tools (IDEs, Agentic) partner ecosystem built on Google Cloud AI capabilities. You will be responsible for driving the entire partner lifecycle from strategy, to recruiting, integrations, launches and GTM motions. You will manage a different set of stakeholders ranging from product and engineering leadership to sales, and your depth of experience in the Cloud ISV ecosystem gives you first‑hand insights into the vendors and industry trends that will enable your success in driving partnerships.
