Senior Project Analyst – Staff Action Support
Location: National Capital Region (Hybrid/Telework Eligible)
Clearance: Secret or Top Secret (TS/SCI preferred)

Overview
We are seeking a Senior Project Analyst to support senior leadership within the National Guard Bureau (NGB). This role is critical in managing high‑visibility taskings, improving workflows, and ensuring timely execution of executive‑level actions.
Responsibilities
- Manage and track executive taskings using task management systems (ETS)
- Coordinate with senior leaders and staff across multiple directorates
- Analyze and improve business processes and workflows
- Prepare briefings, reports, and executive correspondence
- Support governance meetings and follow‑up actions
- Ensure quality control and accuracy of deliverables
Qualifications
- Experience supporting senior leadership (DoD or federal preferred)
- Strong analytical, writing, and briefing skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Experience with task tracking systems (ETS or similar preferred)
- Active Secret clearance (TS/SCI preferred)
