Remote DHS Service Now Business Analyst Opportunity
Our client is looking for a remote DHS Service Now Business Analyst opportunity. This individual will be responsible for translating technical tasks and clients to collect, clarify, and analyze business requirements. This individual will work directly with stakeholders, serving in both Business Analyst and lead roles and must be able to communicate effectively with all team members. The Business Analyst will serve as a translator between technical teams and the clients business community to collect, clarify, analyze, and translate business requirements into documentation and conceptual design from which applications and solutions are developed.
The Sr. Business Analyst will play a pivotal role in successfully understanding and translating requirements into user stories for the development team and becoming the team SME on business requirements. This role will be responsible for gathering requirements, writing user stories, and testing our applications to meet client needs. Strong communication, critical thinking, and attention to detail are paramount to the success of our projects and the satisfaction of our clients.
Salary ranges from $ based on experience.
