Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced AI Product Manager to lead a portfolio of 3-5 digital products. The role focuses on defining product vision, driving product strategy, managing roadmaps, and delivering AI-powered solutions across web portals, mobile apps, and cloud platforms. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong stakeholder management skills and deep experience in Agile/SAFe environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end product lifecycle: discovery, roadmap, delivery, and post-launch analytics.
- Define product vision, 3-5 year strategy, and value drivers.
- Lead AI-driven initiatives including virtual assistant development.
- Conduct market research, data analysis, and prototyping.
- Collaborate with engineering, UX, leadership, and business stakeholders.
- Manage executive-level roadmaps and product performance using KPIs.
- Use Google Analytics for tracking and insights.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in SAFe Agile environment.
Required
Skills & Experience:
- 10+ years in Product Management / Product Owner roles.
- Hands-on experience with AI products (mandatory).
- Google Analytics expertise (mandatory).
- SAFe Certified Product Manager (mandatory).
- Strong experience in Agile / SAFe environments.
- Experience with digital portals, mobile apps, and cloud platforms.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Healthcare experience is a plus.
