The Technical Writer will support ICS's business objectives, primarily focusing on technical writing for proposals, marketing materials, and business development documents. The role involves participating throughout the proposal process, from research to final production, reporting to the Director of Proposals.

• Attend and document Business Development meetings, draft agendas, and take meeting minutes.
• Write initial drafts for RFI responses, ensuring completeness and timely submission.
• Update marketing materials and document SME meetings.
• Review solicitations and contribute to strategy discussions.
• Serve as scribe during meetings, record action items, and distribute follow-up.
• Create tables, charts, graphics, and proposal templates.
• Assist in writing, editing, and formatting proposal sections.
• Participate in reviews and ensure documents adhere to style guides using MS Word and Adobe Acrobat.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, English, or related field.
• 0-3 years of experience in business development and technical writing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to work under deadlines, and a proactive attitude.
